This project included two residential buildings, where we successfully supplied and coordinated the installation of key waste management systems. Our scope included 4 refuse chutes, 4 extruder compactors, 2 balers, 2 35-yard DSNY compactors, and 10 2-yard containers.

As a subcontractor on the prestigious SOHO Towers development at 565 Broome Street, we worked with Triton to installed 2 refuse chutes and 2 extruder compactors, delivering a high-performance waste management solution tailored to the building’s luxury residential design.

We proudly collaborated with Hudson Meridian on a recent development, providing a full-scale waste management solution tailored to the building’s operational needs. Our scope of work included the installation of 2 refuse chutes, 2 container packers, and accompanying 2-yard containers. This system was designed and implemented to ensure efficient, reliable waste collection and compaction, meeting both performance and compliance standards for modern multi-unit residential buildings.

In collaboration with White Diamond/Manhattan Building Company, we successfully completed the supply and installation of a waste management system at Hudson House, located at 315 15th Street in Jersey City. Our scope included 2 refuse chutes and 2 container packers, designed to support the building’s high-density residential needs. By integrating these systems seamlessly into the construction, we helped ensure efficient, code-compliant waste disposal that supports long-term cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency for both building staff and residents.

As part of the expansive Third at Bankside development at 2401 3rd Avenue in the Bronx, we contributed to the successful completion of a large-scale waste management installation spanning three residential buildings. Our scope included the supply and installation of 6 refuse chutes, 6 compactors, and at least 12 two-yard containers. This comprehensive system was designed to meet the demands of high-density living, providing efficient, safe, and code-compliant waste handling solutions across the entire complex.

As a subcontractor for Triton Construction, we provided and installed a complete waste management system at 11 Hoyt, a landmark 50+ story residential tower in Downtown Brooklyn. Our scope included a high-rise refuse chute and an extruder compactor, designed to meet the building’s vertical waste handling demands with efficiency, durability, and compliance.

In partnership with Procida Construction, we completed the installation of a modern waste management system at Ebenezer Plaza Phase II. Our scope included a TriSorter unit and an extruder compactor, designed to efficiently manage multiple waste streams in this large-scale residential development.

We are proud to have completed a key waste management installation at The Lyle on Broad, located in the heart of Philadelphia, PA, in partnership with Ferraro Construction. Our scope included the supply and installation of a refuse chute, compactor, and containers, tailored to meet the operational needs of this urban residential development.
